The project

BRIFT is an international bar convention, held annually in Romania by Exquisite Bar Solutions agency On October 6th and 7th, 2026, at HALLO EVENTS CENTER, Bulevardul Mărăști, 011465, the 8th edition of BRIFT will take place.The annual event attracts thousands of participants from the Hospitality Industry and the Bar/Café segment and is divided into three zones.

• EXPO (where dozens of national and international companies exhibit new or established products)
• SEMINARS (international trainers are invited to conduct seminars for two days)
• ROMANIAN BARTENDER AWARDS (awards for the Best Romanian Bartender are given during the event, covering categories such as barista/ mixology/ flair bartending). Additionally, the event organizes national Barista and Mixology competitions.

Exquisite Bar Solutions is a specialized agency, established in 2005, aiming to organize events and workshops for bartenders and managers in the Hospitality Industry. The agency is organized into two areas: training/ seminars and private events. The team consists of bartending experts and specialised bartenders in Barista, Mixology, or Flair bartending, internationally awarded.
